VXL COVID-19 statement and status

VXL is adapting quickly to the changes imposed on business by the COVID-19 pandemic. Here’s what we’re doing and how we’re supporting customers.

We’re pleased to say that after quickly pivoting to homeworking, VXL Software is operating almost as normal. We’re taking sales enquiries via telephone, video calls and e-mail. Likewise, product support is fully operational.

Software development has also shifted to remote working, so we’re still working on new features – and responding to support requests – across our full software range. 

While it’s not quite business as usual, we’re fortunate that we already had the technology in place to make these changes easily.

Companies around the world have responded brilliantly to the need to shift workers’ physical locations. For our customers with Fusion UEM, this has been easy – as its BYOD features provide secure access to corporate applications on Windows, Android and iOS devices regardless of location.

Likewise, companies have been able to use CloudDesktop On the Go to quickly and easily use their home PC or laptop as a fully managed thin-client device, simply by booting from a USB drive, enabling secure access to corporate networks and applications – while saving the costs of buying lots of new hardware.
